What ingredients do you use in your candles/wax melts?
We use EcoSoy Wax and Fragrance oil - simple and nothing nasty.
Why don't you use essential oils?
We use high-quality fragrance oils in our candles because they provide a stronger, longer-lasting scent and perform more reliably than essential oils, which can break down under heat and vary from batch to batch.
Fragrance oils offer a wider range of scent options, are specifically formulated for safe, clean candle burning, and allow us to keep our products affordable without sacrificing quality.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes they are! We have worked hard and tested all sorts of materials to make sure all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
How long should I burn my candle for each time?
Maximum 4 hours at a time.
How do I prevent tunneling in my candle?
Candles have memories - and once tunneling starts, it’s hard for them to forget! That’s why the very first burn is the most important. Let your candle melt all the way to the edges (usually about 4 hours) on its first burn, and you’ll help it remember to burn beautifully every time.
How strong is the scent throw?
We pack in as much fragrance as we’re legally allowed so you get the best possible scent throw from both our candles and wax melts - big, beautiful aroma in every burn!
Can I request a custom scent or blend?
Please contact us for custom orders and we will do all we can to accommodate.
How long does a custom order take?
